Michelle Mossman

As Principal Broker, Michelle's primary role is oversight of the real estate activities performed by Locations licensees. This includes implementing successful training of the law, Realtor Code of Ethics, professionalism as well as contract strategy and risk management. 

Michelle's passion for the industry and her focus on client protection is supported by her solid technical, analytical and negotiating skills. In her current capacity, she ensures agent compliance with all real estate laws and regulations, conducts new and experienced agent training and provides guidance strategies when dealing with transaction issues.

With more than 20 years of sales and management experience in the industry, Michelle understands the intricacies of buying and selling real estate. In addition, she is a reliable proponent for the needs of clients and their interests. At Locations LLC, Michelle enjoys the opportunity to directly impact sales agents to adopt practices that will assist them in developing and maintaining confident real estate relationships with their clients.

Aside from real estate, Michelle is a mother of three, grandmother of one and loves being outdoors on a great hike, on a horse, running or simply enjoying quiet time under a shade tree.
