Susan Onishi Andrade

Born and raised on Oahu, Susan Onishi Andrade knows this island like an old familiar friend. She can tell you the best neighborhoods for families, point out the best restaurants in town, and let you know which areas have the most potential for the long term. Susan grew up in a real estate environment, where her mom owned a family-run real estate company, specializing in residential sales and property management. She was quick to catch onto the business and all of its complexities. She began investing in real estate and saw firsthand the financial rewards and positive outcomes of making smart real estate decisions. Susan joined Locations in 1993 and has built an extensive client base ever since. She attributes much of her success to truly loving what she does and her sheer commitment and desire to building lasting relationships. As a seasoned agent, she values all of the research, analysis and technology tools that Locations offers, as it empowers her and her clients to make well-informed real estate decisions. Susan is a Partner with the firm and currently resides in Aiea with her family.
