Dollcy D. Gebauer

Dollcy Gebauer is originally from the Philippines and moved from Northern California's Bay Area to Oahu in 2005 to pursue her Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Hawaii and received the prestigious Sigma Phi Alpha Award from the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society. After spending 15 years in the dental industry, including serving on the board of the Hawaii Dental Hygiene Association, Dollcy transitioned into real estate. She leverages her skills in client care and education to guide buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals.

Her approach, "Empowering Clients, Driving Results," emphasizes the importance of market knowledge to empower clients to make informed decisions. In her short real estate career, Dollcy has already earned accolades such as Rookie of the Year from Ivy K Realty, the Honolulu Board of Realtors Aloha Aina Award in 2019, and multiple Client Service Awards with Locations, showcasing her dedication to excellence.

Dollcy works alongside her husband, Edgar Gebauer, a licensed Realtor since 2021, and together they focus on helping people find joy and build wealth through homeownership. They live in Kapolei with their three dogs, Smokey, Debo, and Bode. Dollcy also donates a portion of her commission to charitable organizations, including the Locations Foundation, Oahu SPCA, and the Hawaiian Humane Society.
