Dollcy D. Gebauer

Originally from the Philippines, Dollcy Gebauer moved from Northern California's Bay Area to the island of Oahu in 2005 to earn her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. She graduated from University of Hawaii where she was honored as a Magna Cum Laude and recipient of the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society Sigma Phi Alpha Award. Dollcy spent 15 years in the Dental Industry even serving on the board of Hawaii Dental Hygiene Association. Her experience as a successful health care provider for our community has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate by educating buyers and sellers of their options and strategies on obtaining their real estate goals. "Empowering Clients,Driving Results" is her business philosophy and she recognizes that market knowledge is power and it is her duty as a Realtor to provide that to her clients in order for them to make better-informed decisions.

Dollcy is described by her clients and peers as detail-oriented, proactive, solution-seeker, greatcommunicator, and always goes above and beyond. This is evident with the recognition she has received in her short career. As a new agent, she received the Rookie of the Year award by Ivy K Realty. She has also been recognized by receiving the Excellence Circle & Master's Circle Awards, Sapphire Society Award as well as consecutive years of Client Service Awards with Locations. She is most proud of the prestigious Honolulu Board of Realtors Aloha Aina Award from 2019 and again in 2024. She has demonstrated the Locations value of being results and business-oriented having consistently exceeded client and brokerage expectations.

Dollcy resides in Kapolei with her husband and 2 two dogs. She takes pride in donating a portion of her commission to the non-profit Locations Foundation, Oahu SPCA, and the Hawaiian Humane Society.
