Natasha Bailey

Born and raised in Hawaii, Natasha is passionate about local real estate and possess an intimate knowledge of Oahu's many neighborhoods. Growing up, she witnessed first-hand the transformative power of homeownership and the positive impact it has on families and communities. These experiences drive her to help others achieve their real estate dreams and build long-term wealth through property ownership.

With a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an entrepreneurial mindset, Natasha brings a unique perspective to real estate transactions. Approachable and supportive, her clients and coworkers alike appreciate her honesty and attention to detail.

In her free time, Natasha enjoys international travel (she's visited more than 26 countries!). Her favorite aspect of traveling abroad is meeting people from all over the world and building relationships that broaden her perspective. In 2022, she embarked on a solo backpacking journey through Europe for 2.5 months with the goals of building independence, connecting with people from different cultures, and immersing herself in the history and local customs of other countries.

A certified yoga instructor since 2018, Natasha also enjoys sharing her passion for yoga with others, and fostering mindfulness and wellbeing in her community. She also loves hiking and spending time outdoors, connecting with nature and finding serenity in the beauty of Hawaii's landscapes.

Natasha's dedication to her clients, coupled with her expertise in real estate, entrepreneurial spirit and well-rounded interests, make her an excellent addition to the Locations 'Ohana. She is based out of our Diamond Head office.
