Located at 1538 Kapiolani Blvd., Muse Honolulu is just minutes from Ala Moana Shopping Center, beautiful beaches and top dining spots. This prime central location provides easy access to shopping, leisure and entertainment. The mixed-use project will be comprised of 331 residential units in a 400-foot tower over a podium with commercial space, parking and amenities.

Each residence is designed by the world-renowned architects at Philadelphia-based Bohlin Cywinski Jackson. The project's 331 market-rate homes will be comprised of 55 studios, 135 1-bedroom units, 115 2-bedroom units and 26 3-bedroom units.

Muse Honolulu's townhomes are located on the amenity deck for seamless indoor-outdoor living. These homes feature soaring 23-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. They offer a bright, open feel with direct access to resort-style amenities.

The 7th floor amenity deck will consist of residential units and indoor and outdoor recreational areas. Affordable Rental Units

In addition to the 331 new residences at 1538 Kapiʻolani Tower, the Applicant will provide 101 offsite affordable rental units at 765 Amana Street and 1564 Kalākaua Avenue. The 101 units will be reserved for families earning up to 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI). 87 of the 101 units are further restricted to families earning up to 80% AMI.
