Locations' Dollcy Gebauer Wins Prestigious 2024 Aloha 'Aina REALTOR Award

On November 22, 2024, Locations Realtor® Dollcy Gebauer was recognized by the Honolulu Board of Realtors® with a prestigious Aloha ‘Āina REALTOR® Award for exceptional client service. Nominated by her client, Dollcy is one of ten award winners selected by a panel of judges from more than 700 nominees.

Dollcy’s client nominated her for her exceptional dedication and compassionate support, which went above and beyond during a challenging divorce sale. From preparing a home for sale and managing complex negotiations, to personally caring for her client’s pets and securing a rental, Dollcy’s exceptional service went far beyond expectations, leaving a profound impact during a difficult time.

A Realtor® since 2017, Dollcy has earned several career accolades, including Locations’ Excellence Circle Club, Master’s Circle Club, Sapphire Society Club and Client Service awards. This is her second Aloha ‘Aina award. With more than five years of Hawaii real estate experience, she specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers and real estate investors. She is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa and fluent in Tagalog. Dollcy is a Locations Foundation Guardian Donor.

The Aloha ‘Āina REALTOR® Awards Program™, which began in 1998, honors and publicly recognizes Realtors® who excel in the real estate profession and provide exceptional service to their clients and colleagues. Nominations are accepted only from the public. This year, 56 Locations agents were nominated by their clients for this distinguished award. Locations Realtors® Cannie Chum and Cory Tsuda, working as a team, were also presented with an Aloha ‘Āina award.
