Realtor Mag just published an article that listed property taxes for all 50 states and Hawaii was at the very bottom (in a good way). Illinois is the highest with 2.67% and the median across the nation is 1.31%. Hawaii is the lowest with 0.31% followed by South Dakota at 0.38% then Alabama at 0.54%.
