PBN: How does technology affect real estate agents today? To match up with clients, you have to match up with technology. It’s changed drastically since I’ve been in this business. We never had email when we first started; we never had texting. There is so much information. There is almost no disadvantage to technology. Properly used, it’s like a gun. You can either use it for good or bad.
